Second window
Repeat-visit comparison
A second visit window after you change a form, a sign, or a counter layout — compared against the first record, not against a wish.
A second window is only worth sitting if the first record still exists. We use the same path names, the same floor spots, and — as far as shifts allow — similar hours, so the comparison is about the portal and the floor, not about a different Tuesday.
We will not claim a percentage improvement. We will say, for example, that the contractor group still asks for the Malay copy of the indemnity, or that the canteen kiosk no longer loses people at the payment step but now loses them at the table-number field.
If the first study was not ours, we can still run a comparison, but we will spend the opening day reconstructing the old paths from whatever notes you kept. That day is billed.
Who it is for
Clients who already have a Portal Pulse Base brief and have since changed a path, a notice, or a kiosk place.
What you leave with
A side-by-side of stall points: what eased, what moved, and what simply shifted to the next screen.
Duration. A shorter window, typically three days, plus a comparison briefing.
Place. The same floor positions used in the first study.
Fee basis. Quoted against the original study’s scope; lower when the first notes are ours. Starting around RM 3,600.
