A fee that follows the chair time, not a catalogue of packs

Portal visit analysis is quoted after we know the portal, the visitor groups, and whether observers sit on your floor. The figures below are starting points for a scoped note — not a menu you pick from a card.

Study Usually covers From
Portal visit analysis Intake, a three-to-five-day window, stall inventory, ninety-minute briefing RM 6,800
Self-service behaviour study One kiosk or counter, shift coverage, half-day briefing RM 4,200
Repeat-visit comparison Shorter window against an existing brief, comparison sitting RM 3,600
Findings briefing alone Ninety minutes when you already have usable notes RM 1,450

What moves the quote

Estimate factors we actually use

  • How many sections A visitor gate plus a linked contractor form is one pair. A staff portal with leave, canteen, and shift-swap is three errands and a longer window.
  • Where we sit On-site in Penang and nearby plants is the default. Travel beyond a working day’s reach is written into the note before we accept.
  • Language on the floor English and Bahasa Malaysia are included. Additional interpreters are arranged with you and billed at cost.
  • Hours A day-shift hatch is one window. A night cargo peak is a second window, not an extra hour tacked on.

Deposits and what is not a subscription

A thirty percent deposit holds the visit window. The balance is due on the briefing day. We do not bill by month, and we do not sell ‘seats’.

If a host cancels more than ten working days before day one, the deposit is returned minus any travel already bought. Inside ten days, the deposit is kept because the chairs and the people are already blocked. The refund notice sets this out in full.

A quote is not a promise that every stall will vanish. It is a promise that the stalls will be written down and read in a room.
