Sitting
Findings briefing
A chaired sitting where we read the stall inventory, walk the visit paths, and leave the brief with the people who can change the floor or the wording.
A briefing is not a presentation of highlights. Suresh Nair reads the stall inventory in the order visitors actually hit it. People in the room may interrupt. We write the interruptions into the margin of the brief so the document that leaves the room matches the conversation.
If you bring your own notes instead of a Portal Pulse Base study, we will say in the first ten minutes whether they are thick enough to chair. Thin notes make a thin sitting; we would rather postpone than invent certainty.
The optional follow-up sitting is for teams who needed a week to check a claim with a vendor or a union representative. It is not a second study.
Who it is for
Managers who have a pile of floor comments and need them read in one room, in order, with owners named.
What you leave with
A shared record of what was said, what was parked, and who took which stall point.
Duration. Ninety minutes, with optional follow-up sitting within ten days.
Place. Your meeting room, or our room in Sri Jaya Industrial Estate.
Fee basis. Included with a full study; available alone when you already have notes from your own staff. Starting around RM 1,450.
